Carrier Responsibility: Once goods are handed over to the carrier, risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for events beyond our control, including transit delays, customs clearance, or force majeure circumstances.

Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt. Any claims for damage or shortage must be reported directly to the carrier and to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Estimated Timeframes: All shipping times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier schedules, port congestion, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.

Costs & Duties: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipping charges, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Handling & Packaging: We take reasonable care in packaging and preparing goods for shipment. However, we disclaim liability for damage caused by mishandling after departure from our facility.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any shipping or handling issue shall not exceed the value of the goods shipped, and in no case shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Door Delivery (USA & Canada) Shipping and handling are all‑inclusive, covering documentation fees, customs fees, and local transportation based on the address provided.

International Shipping (Outside USA & Canada) Orders will be shipped to the nearest port to your destination. You will be responsible for customs clearance and local transportation from the port.

Import Duties & Taxes

For USA and Canada: Import duties, taxes, and charges are included in the item price.

For other countries: These charges, along with any additional certificates required by your country, are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Delivery Timeline

In‑stock orders: Processing, preparation, packaging, and labeling take 2–3 days. Shipping duration varies by destination.

Shipping Confirmation Once your order is loaded onto the vessel, we will issue a Bill of Lading (B/L) confirming shipment. We will continue to update you on shipping status thereafter.

Express Shipping Available via our air‑freight partners. Please contact us prior to placing an order to receive a quotation.

ATS Option An Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) is available for all models at an additional fee of $450. Please indicate ATS requirements when placing your order so we can include it before shipping.
