Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed with Cansolvest Inc. (“Company”).

By placing an order, the customer (“Client”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined herein.
Payment & Refund Eligibility

All orders require 100% payment prior to shipment, with the following schedule:

50% deposit upon placing the order.

Remaining 50% balance upon receipt of a copy of the Bill of Lading.

Refunds are only considered under the conditions outlined below.
Order Cancellation

Before manufacturing and assembly begins: The Client may cancel the order, and the deposit will be refunded less any administrative or procurement costs incurred.

After manufacturing and assembly has commenced: The order is considered non‑cancellable. The 50% deposit shall be forfeited and retained by the Company as liquidated damages.

After shipment: No refunds are permitted once goods have been shipped.
Non‑Refundable Circumstances

Customized diesel generators are built to order; therefore, deposits are non‑refundable once production begins.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by carriers, customs, or regulatory authorities.

Refunds will not be issued for parts or accessories supplied through manufacturers, as availability is subject to manufacturer control.
Warranty & Parts Supply

Refunds are not provided for warranty claims.

Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer only, and the Company facilitates parts supply during and after warranty subject to availability.
Limitation of Refunds

Any refund approved by the Company shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the goods in question.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to cancellations or refunds.
Governing Law
-
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
